Beliefs
Scripture
We believe the Bible to be the voices of many who have come before us, inspired by God to continue to speak to us today. God calls us to immerse ourselves in this narrative and to continue to faithfully live out that story today as we are led by the Spirit.

God
God, the author of all things good, exists eternally and is perfect in love and righteousness. God has revealed Himself in three persons - the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit - and is in a communal relationship with himself and his creation. God created humans in his image to live in fellowship with him, others, our inner self and creation. He continues to sustain His creation and to fulfill His redemptive purposes.

Jesus
Jesus came to express the love of God, communicate the truth about reality and invite us into new life. Fully God and fully man, he lived a perfect life proclaiming the arrival of the Kingdom. He was rejected by many, crucified, buried and rose again. Through Jesus, all have been forgiven and can be reconciled to God, each other, ourselves and creation.

Holy Spirit
The Holy Spirit is given to lead us into all truth. The Spirit is present in the world to make us aware of our need for Jesus, to restrain evil, to unite the body of believers, to strengthen us, guide us and to uniquely endow us with spiritual gifts. We seek the counsel of the Spirit daily that we may exhibit Christ-like character.

Salvation
Everyone can enter the Kingdom of God and be reconciled to God through the sacrificial work of Jesus Christ. No human effort or religious affiliation can earn salvation, rather it is available to everyone as a gift of God. We are saved now and forever when we personally trust Jesus as Savior and Teacher and join the restorative movement of God. We are involved in the salvation process by choosing to follow Christ, trusting Him and obeying Him as our lives are transformed.

The Church
All who truly place their trust in Jesus Christ as Savior and Teacher, are united by the Holy Spirit and are members of the Church. Local churches gather together for worship, prayer, teaching, fellowship, service through development and use of talents and gifts and outreach to the world. Under the care of supportive leadership, its members work together in love and unity joining God in the restoration of all things.

The End
We live with an imminent expectation of the day when Jesus will return and reclaim this world. God will dwell with us forever in a new and restored creation.
