The front entrance to McClelland Park is located on N Park Ave, across from the Global Center and one block south of E University Blvd. As you approach McClelland Park you will see signs for Damascus Road to help guide you to the correct place.
NOTE: Be careful not to confuse McClelland Park with McClelland Hall, a different building on the University of Arizona campus located north of E Speedway Blvd.
-
As you enter McClelland Park, you can expect to be welcomed by one of our greaters. On our Info Table near the entrance, feel free to take a Damascus Road journal as our gift to you, which you can use to take notes or write reflections during service. Past the Info Table you can find our Hospitality Bar where you can grab a cup of hot coffee or tea and a snack to enjoy! Until church starts, you are welcome to grab a seat on one of the couches and hang out and mingle in the lobby. When you are ready, follow the signs into the room where we are gathering for our worship service.
-
If you arrive after 10:30, please know you are still welcome to join us! Feel free to still grab anything you want from the Hospitality Bar. We do ask that you go back outside and follow the signs around to the rear entrance. The rooms in McClelland Park are oriented so that the interior entrances bring you in right at the front of the room, so we discourage the use of those doors during service. A greeter will be posted at the rear door to help you enter back into the room smoothly.
-
We provide childcare for children during the service. Simply follow the sign to "dR Kids" where one of our adult volunteers can assist you and welcome your child(ren). If you have any questions, you may reach out to our Children's Director, Megan Stibrich.
-
At Damascus Road you will see some people wearing t-shirts, shorts, and sandals, and others wearing button-ups, collars, or dresses. We understand that it can get pretty hot in Tucson all year round, and want you to feel free to dress in whatever helps you to worship God freely.
