our vision
Our vision is to see communities of healthy, deeply-rooted disciples of Jesus growing and multiplying throughout the campus, the city, and the world.
our mission
Our mission is to follow Jesus together by being with God, loving everyone, transforming people, developing leaders, growing new ministries, and changing the world.
our values
-
Just as the Father, Son, and Spirit are One, we are called to be united as the followers of Jesus. We believe that we are all equal in brokenness and in beauty, and we focus on how the Gospel unites us rather than how the world divides us. We create space for people in our community – where everyone is welcome, conflict is resolved, grace is extended, forgiveness is offered, and “I’m sorry” is heard.
1 Cor 1:10 | Eph 4:2-6 | Col 3:12-15 | Gal 3:26-28 | 1 Cor 12:12-13 | Acts 2:42-47
-
Jesus entered the world He created and met us in our humanity, proclaiming God’s Kingdom in our language. We continue this mission, creatively engaging with the culture around us and contextualizing God’s truth in art and story. This means that we sacrifice our preferences and remove barriers, willing to change everything but the unchanging Gospel, to help people find their way to Jesus.
John 1:1-14 | Matt 28:19-20 | Matt 9:9-13 | Luke 15 | 1 Cor 9:19-23 | Acts 17:16–34 | Jer 29:7
-
Jesus changes everything and He invites us not just into intellectual assent but into an entirely new way of life. We lay down our attitudes and character, values and family scripts, and thoughts and actions in faith. When we choose Him, we begin a process of deep transformation that is only possible through the Spirit leading us, teaching us new rhythms of grace and practices that align us with God and reflect Christ.
Matt 11:28-30 | John 15:1-11 | Rom 12:2 | Phil 1:6 | 2 Cor 5:17 | Luke 9:23-24 | Eph 2:8-10
-
Jesus came to serve, not to be served. Among His small group of followers, He led by example: serving them, investing in them, and training them to train others. We follow this example set for us. We live and serve together, identifying and using our God given gifts to honor Him and pour back into our church community.
Mark 10:45 | Matt 20:25-28 | 2 Tim 2:2 | 1 Cor 12:4-6 | Rom 12:6-8 | Gal 5:13
-
Jesus calls us to love the outsider, protect the weak, and walk with the hurting. We model His love and character by recognizing the needs outside our church, responding with love and compassion, and intentionally acting to make Jesus’ love tangible to those we encounter.
Luke 10:25-37 | John 13:34-35 | Matt 25:34-36 | Isaiah 58:10 | Mic 6:8 | James 1:27
